Turbonetics Nissan 350Z Turbo Kit Free Shipping!!!!! YES FREE SHIPPING!!!!
The Turbonetics 350Z single-turbo kit rocks; giving the sultry 350Z a new lease on life by way of 8 pounds of boost. The spool-up characteristics of the ceramic ball-bearing center section are excellent, and the 60-1 compressor wheel deals out the boost in an authoritative manner. At cruising speeds it feels like the turbo is lurking just under the gas pedal, and with little coaxing the spooling begins. The more aggressive the right foot, the more aggressive the thrust. Be careful winding this mad dog up; the boosted VQ35DE is truly addictive.
Turbonetics' Nissan 350Z Turbo Kit is the first and only production single turbo system available. Utilizing their proprietary ceramic ball bearing turbocharger, this system outperforms all twin turbocharger kits currently on the market. The unique engineering design of this system retains factory exhaust manifold, therefore reducing overall installation time significantly. Installation of the kit can be done easily with basic hand tools by a qualified auto mechanic.
Turbo: Turbonetics 60-1 Ball Bearing Turbo
Intercooler: Spearco Large W.A.V.E. Technology Core with Cast End Tanks
Fuel Management: Turbonetics Tuned Upgraded ECU with Larger Injectors
Air Filter: Turbonetics AF-1
Wastegate: Turbonetics Evolution
Blow Off Valve: Turbonetics Raptor with Polished Discharge Horn
Intercooler Piping: Black Chrome Mendrel Bent Aluminum
Exhaust Pipes: Polished Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel with V-band Connection Between All the Pipes
Downpipe: 3.0" Polished Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel
Estimated Install Time: 8-10 Hours
The centerpiece of the kit is the T3/T4 60-1 hybrid turbo. But we must point to the innovative placement of the turbo and the use of the stock exhaust manifolds. Twin-turbo kits in the market for the 350Z place the turbos way down low, virtually out of sight. The Turbonetics setup positions the turbo up high, just rearward of the driver's side headlamp so you can see what you're paying for. The system utilizes the factory exhaust manifolds, which saves installation time and cuts down on the cost of the kit.
Boost is routed from the passenger side header via a crossover pipe that joins with the driver's side header outlet and feeds the turbine housing. Turbonetics reports that the factory exhaust system made more power than an aftermarket setup, but the company plans to try one or two more exhaust systems.
In our Dyno Cell testing the 350Z pumped out a generous 365.6 whp at 8 psi, the most we have seen from an "as-delivered" boost package for the Z. On the torque side we witnessed 355.3 lb-ft at peak. But looking beyond the peak we were impressed by the torque curve as it eclipsed 300 lb-ft at 3600 rpm and stayed there until the pull ceased at around 6300 rpm. Checking the power curve the VQ35DE belted out 250 hp to the wheels at a low 4000 rpm and tracked predictably to its peak. The kit is tuned well with the enhanced ECU providing a rock solid 11:1 air/fuel ratio throughout the run.
At $5,595 the Turbonetics kit is a boosted bargain that delivers big power, a reliable-looking air/fuel curve and an easy installation regime. It's a win-win scenario.

Fuel Control- The UTEC takes control of your vehicles fuelling at a define-able TPS point that is programmable. Fuel is tuned by an MAF offset table, a simple but effective technique. The load reference we use is RPM vs. MAF Voltage. The UTEC can also take in our optional MAP sensor to tune RPM vs. MAP or you can just use the MAP reading in your datalogs. This allows the fuel map to be adjusted at each of the 250 rpm resolution with over 10 different load sites from zero to rev limit. Ignition Timing- The UTEC gives you complete control of timing. This is not done on the basis of offsets or altering the crank signal as some engine management systems use. The load reference we use is RPM vs. MAF or MAP which is optional. This allows the fuel map to be adjusted at each of the 250 rpm resolution with over 10 different load sites from zero to rev limit. When you enter a value into the Ignition Map you are actually typing in Degrees Before Top Dead Center. The UTEC fires the coils based on these values. No more wondering if the stock ecu is going to advance or retard timing.
Knock Control- This feature allows you to help keep your motor in one piece. The UTEC contains default knock thresholds but can be adjusted at 1000 rpm increments up to 9000 rpm. It also contains a Knock Count threshold that allows you to define how many counts of knock before the UTEC will respond with a Knock Retard Step. The Knock Retard Step is the amount of ignition timing that will be pulled per knock count to a defined Knock Maximum Retard. Knock Maximum Retard relates to the maximum degrees of timing the UTEC will retard per knock event. When a knock count is registered the UTEC will hold the retard for a set number of crank cycles this is called Knock Retard Duration. The UTEC also has the ability to apply a global Knock Correction to the entire map once a knock event is evident. This will help ensure that you keep your high compression monster together. All of these features are the UTEC’s safety net. They should be used pro-active not as a reactive measure.
Datalogging- The UTEC Datalogging function helps you to keep an eye on your engines vitals. Using the logger gives you all the information you want to know about your vehicle. You can take multiple logs of your vehicle whether it’s simple driveability or all out racing. You can be sure the UTEC is keeping an eye out when you can’t. The main logger (Number1) contains rpm, map, maf voltage, tps, load site, afr, ignition timing, injector duty cycle, modified fuel (fuel control) and more. Logs can be output into text files or csv files for easy comparison. When the UTEC is used with a TXS Tuner model it can also supply you with w/b afr readings in your logs as well. Giving you the ultimate tuning package.
Remote Map Selector- The remote selector gives you the capability to switch between your UTEC maps. It also allows you to revert back to full stock ecu control on map 0 (when stock sized injectors are used). Maps 1 through 5 are your UTEC tunable map locations. Map 7 is your security mode, the car will not start. The car cannot be bump started or jumped when security mode is enabled
Software Upgrade- The UTEC will have periodic software updates to further innovate it’s tunability and flexibility. The most current version of software will be available at www.turboxs.com.
The Z UTEC will be ideal for both Forced Induction and Naturally Aspirated Mods. The UTEC has the ability to control things like Nitrous, Water Injection and More!

The TurboXS Blow Off Valve - Type S is designed to release compressor pressure surge caused by changing gears or backing off the throttle quickly. This valve is an extremely important part of any turbo system allowing quicker turbo spool up between gear changes and greatly increasing the life of a turbocharger. The BOV Type S is recommended for small to medium sized turbo charged engines running up to 15 psi boost. Each valve is individually tested to hold 30 lbs. of boost. Sizing of valve is based on flow and not boost pressure.
TurboXS Blow Off Valve - Type S
For custom turbo applications, the TurboXS Blow Off Valve Type S is installed directly into the connecting pipe running between the turbo and the throttle body housing as shown in the diagram at the right of the screen.
The valve vents to atmosphere at sound pressure levels in excess of 106 dB when measured 3 feet from the valve.
The unit is fully adjustable by adding adjusting packer washers included with the kit. The high grade aircraft aluminum body is anodized bright purple to provide outstanding looks and superior corrosion resistance.

Identical in design to our RBV-H34 with the exception that the outlet of the valve is our standard Type H female inlet instead of a 34mm hose adapter. This allows the valve to be used either in normal fashion or "reversed". Using the valve in the reversed orientation ensure that the valve will only open up under vacuum. This is perfect for your drag racing car running 35+ psi

The Racing Bypass Valve Type 25 was specifically designed to replace the 1 inch (25mm) Bosch Bypass Valve used in most Volkswagen and Audi applications. The Bosch valve is prone to failure in stock application and not adequate for holding boost in "chipped" 1.8T equipped vehicles. The RBV-25 spring tension is adjustable, making it ideal for your modified vehicle. This RBV-25, though louder than a stock bypass valve, is not loud compared to an atmosphere BOV.

Racing Bypass Valve Type H34 vents excess pressure back into the car’s air intake making the valve ideal for Mass Air Flow (MAF) metered cars where venting to atmosphere can create a "rich" air/fuel ratio right after the valve goes off. The Racing Bypass Valve Type H is CNC machined out of billet aluminum and brass. Valve operation, while louder than most stock valves, is quiet compared to a BOV that is vented to atmosphere like our BOV-H or BOV-H-RFL.
The RBV-H34 comes standard with a 34mm OD anodised aluminum hose adapter for the inlet.

Our Price: $475.99 Sale Price: $369.99 You Save $106.00
|
|
|

The HKS Racing Blowoff Valve Type II is a pull-type blow off valve for highly tuned applications. Similar to the construction and function as the HKS SSQV, the Racing Blowoff Valve Type II uses a large single stage aluminum pull type valve to handle the extreme amounts pressure and airflow discharge volume that is associated with high boost / horsepower applications. The single pull type valve design of the Racing Blowoff Valve Type II prevents boost from leaking in the same manner as in the SSQV, and is supplemented with a light vacuum aided spring that improves response at light load conditions. Additionally, the Type II is engineered to accommodate up to 3.0 bar (43.44psi) of boost and can work accurately on vehicles up at 800+ horsepower range. A sleek structured 29mm discharge port contributes to a smooth discharge that also allows for the rerouting of discharged air back into the intake stream. The Racing Blowoff Valve Type II utilizes the same circular mounting flange and billet aluminum construction as the SSQV to provide exception flow, secure interchangeable mounting, and durability
