Inspired and designed from endurance and GT racing in Japan, HKS developed its Hi-Power Exhaust system for both turbocharged and naturally aspirated applications. HKS has incorporated this new race inspired offset muffler and piping design into many street applications, which offers a greater flow and higher-PRM power gains due to the less restrictive design. This is achieved by eliminating unnecessary bends for the straightest exhaust path. Naturally aspirated vehicles also benefit from greater exhaust flow capacity as engine tuning levels increase. This exhaust system was engineered for high-performance and durability. Each bolt-on system features high-quality mandrel bent, bake-coated aluminized steel piping and application specific muffler assemblies to maximize horsepower and torque gains. Features a Dual 60mm pipe size and Dual 120mm HP-Ti exhaust tip size.

Like our header systems, DC Sports exhaust systems are dyno tested to outperform all comparable systems on the market. Extensive research and development goes into each exhaust system design to ensure the best fit, finish, performance and sound for your vehicle. Our exhaust systems are CNC Mandrel bent, hand TIG welded, feature a straight-through muffler core, utilize the factory mounting locations and include complete hardware for ease of installation. DC Sports exhaust systems are manufactured from 304-stainless steel throughout and feature a polished tip emblazoned with the DC Sports logo.

TiTek Innovations 03+ 350Z and G35 Coupe test pipes are 2.25” in diameter (while most competitors use 2” diameter) that are tig welded SUS304 stainless steel pieces. Titek test pipes are easy bolt on pieces not just for greater exhaust notes, but for easy horsepower gains on naturally aspirated, supercharged, and turbocharged applications.
Each set of pipes will include brackets and an O2 bung with a boss included to aid for A/F tuning purposes. 350Z test pipes will have brackets for less movement throughout the exhaust system and can easily gain 6-8+ naturally aspirated horsepower when used with our cat back exhaust system.
